Movie Night @ the T's

The next DSMFC Movie Night is scheduled for Saturday November 19th.

This month we have a special treat. Bob Andrews will be preparing his "World Famous Ribs!" Thats right. And all you've got to do is eat em. Bob would like a head count so he can plan how much to prepare. Send me an eMail if you plan to attend.

Now, if you have never been to movie night it's really simple. Everyone is welcome! Dinner's @ 6:00 and the movie starts around 7:00.

Fly-in or drive to the Des Moines Airport.

Aircraft taxi to the South T's where parking is available. Just tell the Tower you're here for the BBQ!

If you're driving park in the lot outside gate 10 and call me when you get here. We'll send someone to let you in. Call if you need directions. My # is 515-442-0801.

Bring a dish to pass or cookies or chips, etc. If you're flying in and that is a problem, fear not, we always have plenty of food! We'll also have plenty of bottled water and soft drinks.

I promise there'll be no speeches and no meetings. Just good food and fellowship with other flyers.

The Nash Field Potluck and Fly-in is this Saturday, October 15th

The fly-in has been expanded to include the noon meal as
well as the evening meal. Grills will be hot at both times.

Picnic tables and grills will be set up in Alan's hangar and
Kelly and Alan will making ice cream. Bring something to
grill, something to sit on and a dish to share with other air
minded folks.

The runway is in great shape and we have plenty of space
to park your aircraft. Come fly all day and enjoy the excellent
weather we have on order.

Radios are optional but CTAF is 122.7.

Help us spread the word. Tell your friends to fly in also.
